Delivery guide for Levain Bakery

Preparation calendar

We prepare an order in 0-1 business day once its payment is confirmed. Processing is performed from Monday to Friday, not on weekends or public holidays. An order placed during Saturday, during Sunday, or on a holiday therefore starts when the following business day begins; weekend shipping does not occur.

Travel time

Estimated transit after dispatch runs for 3-5 business days as an estimate, producing a customary combined handling-and-transit period requiring 3-6 business days.

United States service and cost

Delivery service is limited to the United States, with current destinations shown at checkout. Checkout also discloses applicable shipping rates before purchase and identifies any available no-cost shipping. Before submission, confirm that the address is accurate, complete, and available for delivery. Customer-provided address defects that create delay or failure are outside our responsibility.

Updates from the carrier

The shipping-confirmation email provides tracking details whenever supplied. A maximum of 24 hours may pass after handoff before tracking to show activity. Estimates can be affected by carrier events, weather, holidays, high demand, and other matters beyond our control. When the stated window passes, ask us to help examine status.

Corrections or a package marked delivered

Send an address correction immediately. We will try to apply it before the parcel leaves, but cannot guarantee changes following processing or dispatch. If tracking reports delivery and no package is present, check the surrounding delivery point and obtain information from the carrier first; continued concerns may then be referred to our support team.
